Owen is an experienced Barrister, Solicitor and New York Attorney. Owen covers a wide range of law, in family law cases as a former part time family court judge, Owen has experience across all aspects of family law including divorce cases, in particular, those involving high net worth (HNW) and ultra high net worth (UNHW) clients, financial claims on behalf of children (Schedule 1 claims) and child arrangement proceedings (contact including variation and enforcement). Owen is also experienced in advising on tax efficient structures both for commercial and personal clients (including estate planning). In corporate and commercial matters, Owen has advised start ups to the boards of multi-national companies in matters covering the gamut of issues a company might face from non-contentious issues such as contracts (including service and support contracts), mergers and acquisitions through to contentious matters such as shareholder or director disputes, as well as breach of contract claims. Having obtained a Masters specialising in Management from Harvard University where Owen won the Deans List Academic Achievement Award for outstanding academic achievement, Owen is able to bring a commercial and business orientated mindset, to his legal advice. Whilst at Oxford University undertaking postgraduate studies, Owen has been awarded an Academic Futures full graduate scholarship (one of only 45 recipients) in recognition of his abilities to apply academic and complex theories to real world problems that will shape the future. Owen is working on advances in AI, medical science and the application of ground breaking technology to businesses and enterprise and therefore can bring a strong background in technology and commercial awareness to his work. Outside his academic and legal work, Owen is a keen amateur chef and gamer particularly strategy games. Owen also enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Nancy-Josée is an experienced private client and family lawyer. Nancy-Josée is a STEP Affiliate and has experience of working across a wide range of private client matters including but not limited to wills, trusts and estate planning. Nancy-Josée has also been engaged in a large array of family law matters including representation in court (advocacy) for both married and unmarried couples including divorce, financial separation, pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, child arrangement orders, Schedule 1 applications and injunctions (non-molestation and occupation orders) and orders for sale. Nancy-Josée also has experience advising companies from small businesses through to multi-national companies including large banks and financial institutions in corporate, commercial and finance matters. Nancy-Josée has experience of representing a wide range of clients including High Net Worth (HNW) and UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) individuals. Nancy-Josée brings a strong academic and international background to her work, Nancy-Josée initially studied the International Baccalaureate in Norway where she obtained the Award for Exceptional Leadership on the Issue of International Understanding. Nancy-Josée went on to obtain a Sociology degree from the prestigious York University in Canada, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from Oxford Brookes University and a second Postgraduate Diploma in Law (BPTC) at City, University of London. Nancy-Josée is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and a winner of international humanitarian awards including the Congolose Association of Ukraine Peace Prize. Nancy-Josée is also a recipient of a scholarship from the Planethood Foundation awarded personally by the Director Donald Ferencz, son of prosecutor Benjamin Ferencz prosecutor at the Nuremberg Trials for Nancy-Josée's work at the International Criminal Court in the Hague, Netherlands. Outside work Nancy-Josée performs in musicals in theatres, sings and plays guitar. Nancy-Josée also enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
